You acknowledge that your reliance on any site material is at your own risk.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or feature at any time.

We are not liable to you or any third party for changes in pricing, product availability, or service access.

SECTION 5: PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Coram Deo sells fragrance products, aromatherapy items, and related goods exclusively online. These products are handcrafted or manufactured in small batches, and natural ingredient variations may result in slight differences in color, scent concentration, or texture.

Because fragrance and aromatherapy products interact differently with individual body chemistry, we cannot guarantee specific scent longevity, projection, or user experience. Quantities may be limited and are sold on a first-come basis. We may restrict sales by individual, household, geographic area, or account. All product descriptions may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, scents, ingredients, or materials will meet your expectations.

SECTION 6: ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These decisions may be based on:

Duplicate customer accounts
Orders using the same payment method
Orders shipped to the same address

If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you by email, SMS, or phone.

SECTION 7: OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, or content, you grant Coram Deo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for promotional or operational purposes.

You agree that your submissions:

Shall not be fraudulent or misleading

We have no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, compensate you, or respond.

SECTION 10: SHIPPING, DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate shipping information.

Once an order is marked shipped or delivered by the carrier, Coram Deo is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages
Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other conditions

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly for lost or misdelivered parcels.

SECTION 11: NO RETURNS & “ALL SALES ARE FINAL”

Coram Deo maintains a strict No Return Policy due to the nature of fragrance and aromatherapy products.

All sales made through the website are final.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or unopened fragrances
Used products
Customer dissatisfaction with scent preferences
Allergic reactions or sensitivities
Accidental orders
Change-of-mind purchases
Price changes after purchase

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, fragrance products cannot be resold once shipped.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy page for replacement request instructions.

This No Return Policy is referenced only and appears on its own page, which governs all refund or replacement circumstances.

SECTION 12: PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, including:

Batch consistency
Product availability
Website uptime

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coram Deo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

SECTION 17: INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream State Investments LLC, DBA Coram Deo, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 18: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Texas.
