All fragrance products purchased through Coram Deo are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, safety, and quality for all our customers.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by providing a video of the issue, your order number, and a description of the problem. Upon verification, we will gladly replace the damaged item or offer a suitable resolution.
3. Quality Concerns
In the rare event you experience a quality concern, please reach out to our customer service team at connect@youbeabundant. Include a detailed description and supporting evidence to allow us to address the issue promptly.
4. Sampling Before Purchase
To ensure you select a fragrance you love, we recommend purchasing our Discovery Sets or individual samples before committing to a full-sized bottle. This allows you to explore our scents risk-free.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Products purchased from third-party retailers or locations outside of our official website cannot be returned to Coram Deo. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policies.
